Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for general vehicle-care and detailing use unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for:

  • Testing brushes, microfiber tools, and cleaning accessories on a small inconspicuous area before use on a larger surface.

Do not use products in a manner that may cause injury, property damage, surface damage, or other harm. Vertex Garage is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, use on unsuitable surfaces, or use with incompatible chemicals or equipment.

Pricing and Payments

All prices shown on the Site are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Offer promotions, discounts, bundle pricing, or special pricing for limited periods.
  • Correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, transaction, or order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
